// About

Builder first.

I build products for a living — some have worked, some haven't, and the ones that didn't taught me the most. I'm relentlessly curious but allergic to wasted motion: I test manually before I engineer anything, and I won't spend energy on work that can't make a real, systemic dent. The proof: a consumer app scaled to 30M users, a POS platform rolled to 35,000 restaurants, civic systems built from zero to citywide — and I still prototype most of it myself.

// How I build

The principles didn't change. The factory did.

Five years ago, shipping meant a team of people grinding through discovery, pitch, build, release. In 2026 I ship at team velocity by orchestrating agents — I hold the taste, the judgment, and the why; a team of specialists does the rest, and reviews each other.

AI-native · 2026

A one-person software factory

I run Claude Code as a virtual product team — direct the work, let specialized agents execute and check each other before anything reaches a user.

01PlannerPressure-tests the idea and the why before a line gets written.
02ArchitectLocks the approach, the data model, the boundaries.
03DesignerKills AI slop and holds the bar on craft and taste.
04BuilderShips features in the right sequence, not the easy one.
05ReviewerFinds the production bugs a human skims right past.
06QADrives a real browser — not just the happy path.
07SecurityRuns the audits (OWASP / STRIDE) on every change.
08ReleaseOpens the PR, ships it, documents what changed.

The role I don't delegate: deciding what's worth building and whether what shipped is actually good. The agents are the team. I'm still the product.
